One common theme that I noticed in my tenure in the Coast Guard has been the desire for servicemembers to expand their financial knoweldge and accumen. That is why I am excited to launch Military & Cents, a guide to everything finance for Americas men and women serving in the armed forces.
My name is Mike Brierton, and I am a recently ascension into the United States Coast Guard. Prior to enlisting, I have earned a Bachelors in Accounting, and have experience at an Accounting/Financial Planning firm, and a government regulator.
